The EQQUALBERRY Blue Blow Hyaltoin Flooding Toner is a hydration-focused treatment toner developed to restore moisture balance and soothe dehydrated skin. The formulation features the Hyaltoin Complex, which combines Hyaluronic Acid derivatives with Allantoin to deliver multi-layer hydration while calming irritation. Its lightweight, watery texture absorbs rapidly and helps replenish moisture immediately after cleansing. Humectants such as Glycerin and Betaine attract water into the skin, improving suppleness and helping minimise dehydration lines. With regular use, the toner supports barrier stability and enhances the skin’s capacity to retain moisture, leaving the complexion smooth, refreshed and visibly plumped.
