- HERMO delivers across Malaysia! The shipping rates are as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 8.00 per order
- Sabah & Sarawak: RM 18.00 per order
Additional Information
- Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For university/college campus addresses, your orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail room.
Delivery Timeframe during the normal circumstance
After the payment is confirmed, we will process and ship out your parcel within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Except for circumstances beyond our control such as courier service delays, emergencies, or items being out of stock.
Delivery Timeframe During Promotion Periods
Due to the overwhelming order volume during the event period, there may be a slight delay in shipment.
After payment is confirmed, we will process and ship out your parcel within 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), or you can expect to receive your package within the delivery timeframe stated in the order summary or confirmation email.

The estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and the merchant country’s public holidays).
