COSRX The Alpha-Arbutin 2 Discoloration Care Serum is a high-potency formula designed to target hyperpigmentation, dark spots and uneven skin tone. Combining 2% Alpha-Arbutin with Tranexamic Acid, Niacinamide and Acetyl Glucosamine, this serum addresses multiple pathways of melanin production to fade discoloration and brighten the complexion. The addition of Glutathione and Ferulic Acid provides antioxidant protection, while Hyaluronic Acid derivatives ensure deep hydration. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, this lightweight, fragrance-free serum absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky residue.

Ingredients We Love:
Alpha-Arbutin (2%) –
A potent skin-brightening agent that inhibits melanin production, reducing the appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation.

Tranexamic Acid –
Helps diminish discoloration and melasma by interfering with the skin's melanin synthesis pathways.

Niacinamide (3.2%–3.9%) –
Improves skin barrier function, evens out skin tone and reduces the appearance of fine lines and enlarged pores.

Acetyl Glucosamine (1.9%–2.3%) –
Works synergistically with Niacinamide to fade hyperpigmentation and enhance skin hydration.

Glutathione –
A powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals and contributes to skin brightening.

Ferulic Acid –
Provides antioxidant benefits, protecting the skin from environmental stressors and enhancing the stability of other active ingredients.

Madecassoside –
Derived from Centella Asiatica, it soothes inflammation and supports skin healing.

Hyaluronic Acid Complex –
Includes multiple forms of Hyaluronic Acid to provide deep, long-lasting hydration and improve skin elasticity.

Usage

(1) After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount of the serum evenly onto the face, avoiding the eye area.
(2) Gently pat the skin to aid absorption.
(3) For intensive care, layer the serum 2–3 times as needed.
(4) Follow with your regular moisturizer
